Reiss Nelson has admitted Julian Nagelsmann's willingness to give young players first team football was a major factor in him agreeing to join Hoffenheim on loan from Arsenal.
The attacking midfielder opted to temporarily move away from the Gunners in search of regular minutes and has so far found that in the Bundesliga.
He has scored two goals in four appearances so far this season and his form has earned an England Under-21 call-up for the upcoming matches against Andorra and Scotland.
