Forest Green Rovers owner Dale Vince has accused Bolton Wanderers chairman Ken Anderson of making an astonishing boast over a coming legal battle.
Vince is suing Bolton for breach of contract in the £1million transfer of Christian Doidge, which collapsed on Sunday night after the Championship side failed to make a scheduled payment of £250,000.
But Vince has revealed Anderson was brazen in their final conversation. ‘He wasn’t apologetic, he just laughed it all off,’ Vince said.
