Tottenham ground out a 1-0 win over London rivals Chelsea in Tuesday's Carabao Cup semi-final first leg at Wembley.

Harry Kane won and converted the penalty kick which separated the sides on a night when Chelsea dominated in terms of possession and shots.

At the other end Tottenham goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga impressed on his eighth appearance of the season. Spurs have won still won every match in which the Argentina stopper has featured.

Paulo Gazzaniga 7/10 - Made an excellent save to deny Hudson-Odoi's deflected effort. Safe handling.

Kieran Trippier 6.5/10 - Kept on his toes by Willian and Alonso but still offered options in attack.

Davinson Sanchez 6.5/10 - Stood firm in defence for the Blues. Still needs someone more experienced alongside, though. Booked.

Toby Alderweireld 7/10 - Organised his back-four with the sort of expertise you'd expect. Cool on a heated night.

Danny Rose 6/10 - Needed eyes at the back of his head with Hudson-Odoi's movement.

Harry Winks 7/10 - Maturity beyond his years. Sat in front of his back-four with the discipline of a seasoned campaigner. Booked.
