Leeds United have released a club statement apologising for their role in sending an individual to watch over a Derby County training session ahead of their Championship clash.
The owner of the Yorkshire club, Andrea Radrizzani, made a personal visit to his counterpart at Derby to address the situation.
'Following comments made by Marcelo Bielsa yesterday the club will look to work with our head coach and his staff to remind them of the integrity and honesty which are the foundations that Leeds United is built on,' said Leeds in a short statement.

'Our owner Andrea Radrizzani has met with Derby County’s owner Mel Morris to formally apologise for Marcelo’s actions.
'We will make no further comment on this matter.'
It is understood the suspect was in possession of a pair of binoculars and a change of clothes at the time - but police confirmed in a statement he was not arrested over the matter.
Manager Marcelo Biesla had already accepted responsibility for the incident on Friday, ahead of the clash with Frank Lampard's side.
