West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini has admitted he is unsure if Marko Arnautovic will stay at the club after the striker appeared to wave goodbye to fans after being substituted during their win over Arsenal. 

Intense speculation currently surrounds the 29-year-old's future at the club after his agent explained that he wants to leave the club to challenge for titles in China.
