Derby have knocked Southampton out of the FA Cup to advance into the fourth round after coming from two goals down to force a penalty shootout at St Mary's on Wednesday evening.
Craig Bryson thought he scored the opener after calmly slotting home a neat Derby move but the move was ruled out by VAR after Martyn Waghorn was ruled out for the offside in the build up.
The deadlock was broken by Stuart Armstrong who headed home for the hosts in the second half before Nathan Redmond doubled their lead just minutes later with a classy finish. Derby pulled one back as Harry Wilson's free kick caught out the goalkeeper. Waghorn then made it 2-2 with eight minutes to play.
