Reece Prescod has revealed his hugely ambitious five-point plan for 2019 ‘At the nationals I want to get a hat-trick in the 100m after going two in a row. The British boys will come for me again so I need to make sure I am ready for that.’ Prescod, who broke 10 seconds in three of his final four races in 2018, added: ‘In the 100 I want the British record, then I have the 200m and my aim is to run a sub-20. And then in an ideal world I will run sub 10 every meet in the 100m. ‘They are the first things I go for, my base five targets. For me, I don’t wake up to be average.
