Martin Keown has questioned Maurizio Sarri's rant at his Chelsea players after his side's 2-0 defeat to Arsenal on Saturday.
The Blues boss described his players as 'extremely difficult to motivate' after the defeat to their London rivals.
Keown thinks this is a risky strategy and doubts whether Sarri will be able to keep his job in the long term.

Keown told BT Sport: 'Everything at Chelsea is short term except for the players. He's gone to war with the players now.
'Is he going to survive this? He's talking about mentality and the hunger of the players.
'It’s going to have to work because they’ll just change the manager. They won’t change the players.
'This group of players have survived several managers. At the moment you’d have to say the wheels are coming off.
'He’s blaming the players. He’s digging the players out. If it doesn’t improve, they might look to change the manager.'
