Lewis Hamilton may have strolled to his fifth world drivers' title in back in November but he is determined to improve as he goes for further silverware.
The Mercedes driver showed off his new fitness regime on his Instagram page as he looks to reap the benefits of Pilates and yoga with the new season fast approaching.
Hamilton has been far and away the best driver on the grid in recent seasons but as he continues to chase down Michael Schumacher's record of seven championship titles, the Briton is not taking anything for granted as he builds up his 'core strength.'
