Marko Arnautovic has agreed to stay at West Ham until at least the summer following crunch talks with the club on Friday.
The Hammers value Arnautovic at £45million and have been open to selling the 29-year-old if their valuation was met by the interested clubs from China.
Manager Manuel Pellegrini had also identified Celta Vigo's 22-year-old striker Maxi Gomez, who has a £43.3m release clause, as a suitable replacement.
