Marco Silva's side have already loaned Kurt Zouma from the Blues and Premier League rules state clubs cannot loan more than player from another Premier League club at one time. Batshuayi is currently on loan at Valencia and has not started a lague game for the La Liga side since October. The 25-year-old flourished on loan at Borussia Dortmund in the second half of last campaign scoring seven goals in 10 Bundesliga games. Everton will be hoping he can rediscover that form as Silva targets someone who can be a focal point for his side. Marco Silva's side have already loaned Kurt Zouma from the west London club Richarlison has often played up front on his own but his best position is considered to be on the left wing. While Cenk Tosun has struggled to hold down the position and holds a similar goalscoring record this season to Batshuayi - two goals in 20 appearances in all competitions. The Blues signed Batshuayi for £33million in 2016 from Marseille and he has yet to show the sort of form for the Ligue 1 club that got him the move to England.
