Bairstow will keep the gloves again after wicketkeeper Ben Foakes was sent for an X-ray on his injured right hand. Foakes was struck on the glove by Shannon Gabriel during England's innings, diverting the ball into his stumps in the process He did not take the field with the rest of his team in the evening session. That allowed Bairstow to reclaim his previous position behind the stumps, having only vacated the role due to an ankle injury in Sri Lanka.
