Borussia Dortmund were knocked out of the German Cup by Werder Bremen following a penalty shootout. 

The Bundesliga leaders twice threw away the lead in extra time to draw 3-3 at Signal Iduna Park on Tuesday evening. 

Bremen, who are 10th in Germany's top flight, shocked the home crowd by taking a fifth minute lead through Milot Rashica
