Forwards Lorenzo Insigne and Jose Callejon struck inside the opening 21 minutes to give them a stronghold in the game.
Piotr Zielinski made it 3-0 with 13 minutes remaining, although Benjamin Kololli's late penalty provided some consolation for the Swiss.
