The report claims the Red Devils have been told they must pay £70m to secure his signature though. It would be a controversial move given Sancho spent over two years at City's academy. Pep Guardiola did not want to lose Sancho but could not give him regular first-team football in a squad that already has the attacking talent of Raheem Sterling, Leroy Sane, Riyad Mahrez and Bernardo Silva in his position.
