A goal by Antoine Griezmann ensured Atletico Madrid ended a losing streak before it faces Cristiano Ronaldo's Juventus in the Champions League.
Griezmann's late goal was about all Atletico could muster in attack to beat crosstown minnows Rayo Vallecano 1-0 in La Liga on Saturday.
It was the Frenchman's 130th goal for the club and the strike moved him above Fernando Torres and into fifth in the club's all-time leading goalscorer table.
