Real Madrid full back Marcelo has apologised for his part in his side's humiliating defeat at home to La Liga srugglers Girona.
Santiago Solari's side lost for the seventh time in the league already this season as the visitors came from behind to secure their first ever victory at the Santiago Bernabeu.
More pertinent to fans, however, was the return to the starting line-up of Marcelo, whose form has been indifferent of late, to put it politely.
