Bernardo Silva wants Manchester City to develop the habit of defending trophies year after year.

City are bidding to retain the Carabao Cup as they face Chelsea at Wembley on Sunday, a feat they have never previously achieved in any competition.

City are also hoping to win successive Premier League crowns and, with the Champions League and FA Cup in their sights, too, there could be more opportunities to go back to back next season.

'That is one of our main goals - not only winning it once but to keep winning and winning,' said Silva, looking ahead to this weekend's showpiece event.
