Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga appeared to wink at the cameras following his bizarre on-field snubbing of manager Maurizio Sarri.

Kepa went down injured in the final moments of extra-time in the Carabao Cup final with Manchester City, and Sarri readied sub-keeper Willy Caballero to come on.

Caballero was ready and waiting on the touchline, but Kepa insisted his fitness and defied his manager's orders to leave.
