Tottenham are growing increasingly concerned that manager Mauricio Pochettino will jump ship for Real Madrid in the summer.
The Argentine has been a long-term target of the Spanish giants and they are looking for someone to take over from Santiago Solari in the summer.
Pochettino, who was also the first choice to replace Jose Mourinho at Manchester United before Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's arrival, is said to be keen on leaving Spurs and returning to Spain.
