Manchester United's executive vice chairman Ed Woodward was pictured arriving at the club's training ground on Friday morning as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer continues to lead the race to win the manager's position on a permanent basis.
The Norwegian has excelled in his position as caretaker boss after replacing Jose Mourinho at the helm of the club in December.
Under his stewardship, the Red Devils have a club record eighth consecutive wins away from home and extended their unbeaten league run to 11 games at Crystal Palace in midweek.
