Tottenham star Son Heung-min has admitted he wanted to leave the club back in 2016 after telling Mauricio Pochettino that he was struggling with life in London.

The South Korean joined Spurs from Bayer Leverkusen in 2015 and has become one of the club's most important players, contributing 16 goals and nine assists so far this season.

Life may seem sweet for Son in north London now but he has revealed that wasn't always the case.
