Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has backed his players to overcome exhaustion to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Chelsea, sixth in the Premier League, made a much-needed return to form in midweek, beating top-four rivals Tottenham.
The victory was welcome relief for Sarri, already under scrutiny before Kepa Arrizabalaga’s refusal to be substituted during the Carabao Cup final last Sunday.
