Rafa Benitez has told Isaac Hayden to stick with Newcastle and he will turn him into an England international.
The former Arsenal midfielder, 23, has made no secret of his desire to quit the club and return south for family reasons.
Hayden had hoped to leave in January but Benitez blocked his departure and he has been a regular in the side since the turn of the year.
