Chelsea left back Baba Rahman could secure a move away from Stamford Bridge in the summer after impressing while on loan at Reims in France.
Rahman, still only 24, signed for Chelsea for £14million from Augsburg in 2015 and went on to make 23 appearances before being sent on loan to Schalke. He then suffered a cruciate ligament injury
