sport news Sportsmail's experts predict who will win the title and finish in top four

The race for the Premier League title looks set to go to the wire with Liverpool and Manchester City fighting it out for top spot.

Below them, Chelsea, Manchester United, Tottenham and Arsenal are all vying for the two remaining spots in next season's Champions League.

But who will win the title and who will secure a top-four finish? Here Sportsmail's experts have their say...

Ian Ladyman

Who will win the Premier League title?

Manchester City: They have the best team and the deepest squad and, crucially, they have done it before.

In order for Liverpool to win the title, City will in all likelihood need to slip up more than once in their last eight games and I don’t think that will happen.

Who will make up the rest of the top four?

Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester United.

The fourth spot is the one that nobody seems to want to take ownership of but I think Arsenal and Chelsea’s mental frailties are such that United will just sneak it.

Who will win the Premier League title?

Manchester City. They are the in-form team with experience of winning the title and a deeper squad than any in the Premier League.

For all the talk of a Quadruple bid draining City’s resources, as it stands the FA Cup semi-final and a game in hand in the Premier League are the only fixtures they have to play that Liverpool don’t.

Who will make up the rest of the top four?

Liverpool runners-up by a narrow margin. Tottenham still have enough about them to arrest their recent slump and finish in the top four.

I expect the other place to be between Manchester United and Arsenal as Chelsea continue to fall away, and United will just sneak it in the end.

Who will win the Premier League title?

Manchester City. They have momentum, they look comfortable, they have a game in hand and perhaps most tellingly, Mo Salah is not at full capacity for Liverpool.

Sadio Mane has been excellent in picking up the slack, but Salah needs to get back to his best to stop City.

Who will make up the rest of the top four?

Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham. The top two will take care of itself, but I don’t expect Tottenham to move seamlessly into their new stadium. That could easily cost them third when you consider that Arsenal appear to be coming on strong.

Form and consistency isn’t a given with Arsenal, granted, but as you look at it today, they are on the move. For the same reason, you have to wonder, perhaps foolishly, if Manchester United are slowing up.

Who will win the Premier League title?

Manchester City. They seem to be finding a way of manoeuvring every obstacle at the moment. That could change but with the title in their own hands, they have to be favourites right now.
