Everton are promising to take 'robust action' against any supporter found to have thrown a coin at Chelsea's Ross Barkley after two investigations into the incident were opened on Tuesday.
Everton and the FA are investigating the alleged coin-throwing, with Chelsea and the Toffees written to for their observations by the latter.
The incident occurred in front of Goodison Park's Gwladys Street End during a first-half attack
