Vickii Cornborough has backed Harlequins and England teammate Jessica Breach to continue her meteoric rise after helping her country to a women's Six Nations Grand Slam.
Wing Breach ran in nine tries in just five games for the Red Rose to take her tally to 20 in just seven internationals at the age of 21.
However, Cornborough, a colleague for both club and country, believes Breach's success is testament to the hours of work she has put in on the training ground.

Cornborough said: 'There is no hype in training at all and we try our hardest to keep her grounded.
'One of my proudest moments from seeing her perform in this Six Nations is some of her high ball receipts, they have been phenomenal.
'It looks like a really easy skill when you're watching it, but actually it is a lot of hard work, dedication and effort from her.
'She is an amazing athlete, she is super quick, she has the dedication and she is very funny to be around.
