Norwich City could be celebrating promotion to the Premier League on Friday evening if results during a packed EFL schedule go their way.
The Canaries will return to the top-flight after three seasons away if they beat Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United lose to Nottingham Forest.
Daniel Farke and his team will know what they need to do by the time of their 7.45pm kick-off at Carrow Road because the Blades play at lunchtime.

Norwich currently top the Championship and have a four-point cushion to Leeds United in second place and a seven-point gap to Sheffield United in third.
The top two go up to the Premier League automatically, with the next four teams entering the play-offs.
Farke said of the situation: 'We have no chance to do anything about that game [at Bramall Lane]. Listen, we can't avoid the result and we won't look to avoid it.
'We are not scared of results elsewhere. But we have to concentrate on what we can influence.'
Leeds, who start the day three points ahead of Sheffield United, host Wigan Athletic at Elland Road at 3pm.
West Bromwich Albion, Aston Villa and Bristol City occupy the other three play-off places at the start of a pivotal Good Friday fixture list.
However, both Middlesbrough and Derby County could find themselves back in the top six if results go their way.
