Kyle Sinckler's suspect temperament cost Quins dear again as the London club's bid for a third European Challenge Cup success faltered at the Stade Marcel-Michelin.

With his side fighting back and threatening to turn this contest around, Sinckler foolishly threw a Clermont player to the ground and straight at the feet of referee John Lacey who had to leap out the way.
