Manchester United are looking at bringing Darren Fletcher back to work within the club's revamped recruitment strategy.
35-year-old Fletcher is out of contract at Stoke at the end of the season and could return to Old Trafford with changes expected to be made within the club this summer.
The former Red Devils midfielder would have responsibility to identify talent and help to organise the club's large scouting department.
