Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita is out for the rest of the season and Guinea's African Cup of Nations campaign with a groin injury.

Jurgen Klopp confirmed on Friday that the midfielder was forced off against Barcelona with a high grade adductor injury, including a ruptured tendon.

'Very serious,' Klopp said. 'Bad news, a high grade adductor injury with the tendon ruptured.
