Cardiff manager Neil Warnock has described the Football Association as 'out of order' for employing a barrister to present the case against him at a disciplinary hearing this week.

Warnock was fined £20,000 on Wednesday for remarks he made about Premier League officials in three separate interviews following the controversial 2-1 home defeat to Chelsea on March 31.
