Ralph Hasenhuttl does not fear an exodus of players but warned that the grass may not be greener away from Southampton.
The club has produced an enviable amount of talent and have sold Virgil van Dijk and Dusan Tadic to Champions League semi-finalists Liverpool and Ajax, respectively, in the past 16 months.
The Saints sealed survival thanks to Hasenhuttl dramatically improving the likes of Jan Bednarek, Nathan Redmond and James Ward-Prowse, the latter earning his second England cap in March two years after his first.
