Burnley manager Sean Dyche has praised Ashley Westwood's full-blooded duel with Morgan Schneiderlin during Everton's 2-0 win at Goodison Park on Friday evening.

Dyche insisted that the incident was 'refreshing' after the Toffees midfielder walked away from the challenge without making a big deal out of it despite being heavily marked from the tackle.

Westwood received a yellow card for the nasty-looking foul but Dyche was happy with the commitment from both players.
