Manchester City moved to within one win of the Premier League title after a dramatic 1-0 victory over Leicester on Monday night.
As the clock ticked down at a nervous Etihad Stadium, City captain Vincent Kompany scored a thunderbolt from 25 yards to take them back above Liverpool.
Here Sportsmail's JACK GAUGHAN runs the rule over the two sets of players from the pulsating encounter...
Vincent Kompany scored a stunning goal to give Manchester City a 1-0 victory over Leicester
MANCHESTER CITY (4-3-3)
EDERSON – 7.5
Swept up excellently when City found themselves under the cosh in the first half.
KYLE WALKER – 6.5
Energetic going forward without having much of an impact in an attacking sense.
VINCENT KOMPANY - 9
Sensational goal capped a storming display, first to every header and one massive block.
AYMERIC LAPORTE – 6
Occasionally nervous at the back, but generally won his duels and moved the ball quickly.
ALEKS ZINCHENKO - 5
Not his finest night. Left back’s an area City still find themselves light on options.
PHIL FODEN - 6
Did most of his best work off the ball in dragging Leicester men away from their stations.
ILKAY GUNDOGAN – 8
Two Leicester men to mark and performed that role admirably while using the ball sensibly.
DAVID SILVA - 6
Might have seen a second yellow card on another night. Tried his best to knit City together.
BERNARDO SILVA - 8
