Starting from Bramall Lane, the bus took the whole squad and coaching staff through the city streets before arriving at Sheffield Town Hall later on on Tuesday evening. Blades manager Chris Wilder thanked the council for supporting the team's success by allowing the parade. He told the club's official website: 'We are delighted that Sheffield City Council are honouring our achievements once again. The event two years ago was memorable and we hope this one will be too.' John Egan also got in on thanking the supporters after the players arrived at the Town Hall. He said: 'Big thank you to all the Blades fans, it has been an unbelievable season. You turned out in your droves today and thanks a million. Everything is for you. Up the Blades!' Sheffield United will join Norwich in the top flight after the Canaries wrapped up the title on the final day.
