A CHANCE TO WIN TWO TICKETS TO THE UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE FINAL 2019
Conditions of entry
1. This prize draw (the "Promotion") is only open to UK residents, excluding employees and agents of (a) the Promoter or (b) any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as their relatives or members of their family or household.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion is free to enter and entrants can enter by entering their details via an online form at [INSERT LINK] and answering one question correctly. Only one entry will be accepted per person or email address.
4. The Promotion will start at 23:00 on 9 May 2019 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is midday on 10 May 2019.
Winner
5. There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on 10 May 2019. The winner(s) will be notified by the Promoter by email within 24 hours of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within 24 hours of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
6. The prize is:
• two (2) tickets to the UEFA Europa League Final on 29 May 2019;
• return flights for two (2) people to Baku and overnight accommodation in Baku;
• VIP Match Day Experience package for two (2) people, including a chauffeur driven car to and from the stadium, pre-match pitch side access and a top seat the managers’ post-match press conference; and
• access for two (2) people to the exclusive Enterprise Lounge hospitality area for food and drink throughout the match.
7. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
8. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter.
9. The winner is responsible for both their own behaviour and their guest's behaviour whilst attending the match and acknowledges that the Promoter, in partnership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, reserves the right (without any liability to the winner or their guest) to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation or bring the experience to an early end if the winner and/or their guest fail to comply with the directions of Enterprise Rent-A-Car staff, with the relevant ticket terms and conditions as set out by UEFA and the host football club or the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
10. Neither the Promoter nor the Enterprise Rent-A-Car group of companies nor UEFA will be liable if the UEFA Europa League match to which the Prize relates is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled for any reason. Entrants should note that it may be necessary for the Promoter to vary elements of the Prize or even to cancel the experience where the Promoter is required to do so by UEFA in its absolute discretion including for safety and security reasons.
11. Return flights may not be direct.
12. If the entrant is unable to attend the match, the prize is not applicable on any other day
13. The use of the tickets is subject to UEFA ticketing terms and conditions and policies.
14. Enterprise Rent-A-Car reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its discretion.
15. Anyone who enters the competition (an ‘entrant’) will be deemed to have read and accepted the specific rules and the competition terms and conditions and will be bound by them.
16. The winners will be bound by any rules of conduct set out by UEFA.
