Rafinha shed a tear as he announced he will leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season, bringing to an end his eight-year association with the German giants.
The 33-year-old, who sealed a £5million move to the Bavarians back in June 2011, will become a free agent this summer as his Bayern Munich contract comes to an end.
