The final games of the Premier League season have finished with Manchester City retaining the title to be crowned 2018/19 winners.
But who picked up the individual awards for the most goals, assists and clean sheets plus who were the players, managers and goals of the season awarded to?
Sportmail provide you with the list of Premier League winners to be awarded the Golden Boot, Golden Glove, Playmaker, Player of the Season, Goal of the Season and Manager of the Season 2018/19 awards plus previous winners of the awards.
Golden Boot WinnerThe award was shared by Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after Liverpool and Arsenal forwards each finished the season on 22 goals.

Golden Glove WinnerLiverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker won the Golden Glove after the most clean sheets
The award goes to Alisson after Liverpoo lgoalkeeper kept 21 clean sheets with Brazilian no.2 and Man City keeper Ederson was only able to keep 20 clean sheets.
The Golden Glove award goes to the Premier League goalkeeper to keep the most clean sheets through-out the season.

Premier League Playmaker AwardEden Hazard won the Premier League playmaker award after most assists in a season
This year the award went to Eden Hazard after accumulating 16 assists throughout 2018/19 season with last year's winner being Man City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne with 16 assists.
The Premier League playmaker award was introduced last year to award the league player to acquire the most assists in a season.
