The 18-year-old will sign for €3.25million (£2.9m) and be unveiled in a club presentation after flying in on Wednesday, according to SPORT. The Catalan giants have already signed Emerson from Atletico Mineiro and Reis' compatriot Frenkie de Jong from Ajax.
