A Newcastle United fan has been handed a five-year banning order and a £550 fine for racially abusing Liverpool players.

Michael Collins, from Richmond, North Yorkshire, was found guilty of racially aggravated harassment at North Tyneside magistrates court. 

Newcastle United have banned him from St James’ Park indefinitely.
