On a pre-season tour, Fabio Capello's men were taking part in a training exercise when the combative Danish midfielder caught his Brazilian team-mate with a couple of late challenges. But Robinho refused to be bullied by the aggressor and gave him a taste of his own medicine. Robinho found himself in a training ground fight with Danish midfielder Thomas Gravesen The former Real Madrid team-mates had to be separated by fellow players Baptista, who was also involved in the fateful training session told Cadena SER: 'It was funny. 'Imagine Gravesen, who was a bit crazy, running at Robinho and grumbling angrily. 'He gave him a kick, then another one. Robinho stopped, looked at him and shoved him in the chest, and then it kicked off. Gravesen wanted to kill him. 'They were separated but Robinho went back to the changing rooms and Gravesen looked and me and said, "I'm going to kill him.'' Julio Baptista said his Brazilian compatriot (right) shoved Gravesen in the chest At the time Capello reflected on the incident: 'Gravesen's behaviour? I don't like it - he wants everyone to do what he wants, and I have told him so. 'He is a little different but he works hard which is important to me.' That said, Gravesen lasted only one season in the Spanish capital before being moved on to Celtic and then back to Everton where he retired.
