Premier League referee Dean made headlines earlier this month when Sky Sports cameras captured live footage of him whooping, cheering and standing on a rail in the away end at Forest Green, where Tranmere drew 1-1 to earn their trip to Wembley. After that incident, hundreds of Tranmere fans decided to wear masks with Dean's face on them as they made their way to London for Saturday's final.
