Legendary former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson received a warm welcome as he made his return to the Old Trafford dugout.

Ferguson took charge as United marked the 20th anniversary of their remarkable Champions League final comeback against Bayern Munich, which saw them secure the treble. 

A team of United legends, many of whom played a major part in the 1999 treble triumph, took on a side of Bayern legends.
