'Can you imagine being built like an Adonis and a little fat guy who's eaten every Snickers in California bladders you all over?': Tyson Fury slams 'disgraceful' Anthony Joshua display after shock Andy Ruiz Jnr loss and backs Mexican to win the rematch By Tom Farmery For Mailonline Published: 10:24 BST, 5 June 2019 | Updated: 10:43 BST, 5 June 2019 Viewcomments Tyson Fury has launched an extraordinary tirade aimed at Anthony Joshua following his shock defeat against Andy Ruiz Jnr. The Brit was dropped four times by the unfancied Ruiz Jnr as he surrendered his WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO world titles in New York over the weekend. Fury initially took a sympathetic stance to Joshua's surprise defeat - the first of his professional career - but the Manchester heavyweight has now twisted the knife by slamming his rival's performance. Tyson Fury believes Anthony Joshua will lose again when he faces Andy Ruiz Jr in a rematch 'Can you imagine, you're built like an Adonis, ripped, carved in stone, and a little fat guy who's ate every Snickers in California bladders you all over? 'What a disgrace. If that was me, I'd never show my face in public again,' Fury told ESPN. Joshua and Ruiz are set to renew their rivalry later this year after Eddie Hearn confirmed on Tuesday night a rematch clause in the contract had been triggered. The fight is expected to take place in November or December time with Cardiff's Principality Stadium being touted as the likeliest venue to stage the event. Fury, who returns to the ring against the unheralded Tom Schwarz next month before an expected re-run of last year's classic against Deontay Wilder, is backing Ruiz - the first Mexican world heavyweight champion - to be victorious again in the rematch. 'His [Joshua] style and his [Ruiz Jr] style aren't made to go together and Andy will always beat AJ in my opinion,' he said. MORE TO FOLLOW...
