PSG have offered Matthijs de Ligt a deal worth more than £200,000 a week as they attempt to beat Barcelona to the signing of one of Europe's hottest prospects.

Sportsmail reported on Wednesday that De Ligt's agent, Mino Raiola, had held more talks with PSG's sporting director, Antero Henrique, in Paris this week.

Ajax want £66.5million for De Ligt, who is leaning towards a move to France, with the transfer fee proving no problem for the big-spending Ligue 1 champions.
