Jonathan Walters has put himself forward to replace Eden Hazard at Chelsea after recalling the time he scored two own goals and missed a penalty for Stoke against the Blues in January 2013.
Walters stooped to head Cesar Azpilicueta's cross into his own net before the break, then managed to do the same from Juan
