A total of 20 games are to be shown on the subscription platform between this year and 2022 but they will be desperate to resolve the issues experienced on Monday. Viewers hoping to tune in for the opening day of the Queen's Club Championship were left frustrated and annoyed as technical issues prevented them from watching the pre-Wimbledon tournament. Amazon Prime subscribers ran into problems when trying to watch the tennis on Monday Some were confronted with a black screen and the words: 'Screening delay - this video is taking longer than expected to load. Do you want to continue waiting? If this problem continues, please contact customer service.' And a number of would-be spectators took to Twitter to voice their complaints and find out if they were alone in experiencing difficulties. It rapidly transpired that the issues were being experienced by others unable to make it past the loading screen. Amazon have been contacted for comment.
