There will be a family feel to the Nature Valley Classic in Birmingham on Wednesday when world No 3 Karolina Pliskova faces her twin sister Kristyna Pliskova in the second round.
The Czech siblings have not played one another since 2013 and Kristyna, the older of the pair by just two minutes, won that encounter at Eastbourne in three sets.
Despite the difference in rankings, with left-hander Kristyna currently 109 places behind her right-handed sister in the world, their head-to-head record reads four wins apiece.
